Handcrafted in Small Batches 🕯️

I'm Sandler, the founder and creatrix of Wild Flora! I am an eternal mermaid and ocean dweller. I was born on the rocky shores of the Maritimes and moved to the Gulf Islands in 2021.

The wild woman, artist and green witch within me have come alive since rooting on Salt Spring Island in 2023. I am endlessly enchanted by the ancient magic of fire and the wise spirits of the plants; I love deepening my craft - candle making, herbalism & beyond! It is such a gift to share the wild medicine of the bees and the plants with you.

Wild Flora is a reclamation. An invitation to embrace the wild feminine within yourself. The bright, enchanting, wild & fiery parts. The Wild Woman they tried to burn. We help you reconnect to mother earth and the ancient feminine, through the elemental magic of our candles & oils. All we create is guided by Wild Rose, Goddess Brigid and the Bees. We are deeply grateful to have a farm stand on Salt Spring Island. Beeswax candles are available year round, and botanical oils are available May - October.

We are also a vendor at the Salt Spring Saturday market. It's so much fun to meet you in-person! Check out our Instagram stories to see when we're there, usually every few weeks. :)
