Canadian Shipping
Many of our candles are hand poured specifically for you. :) Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.
STANDARD: $15 flat rate shipping available for all orders under $150. Free standard shipping for orders $150+ (before tax)!
West Coast ETA: 3 - 5 business days once shipped.
East Coast ETA: 7 - 10 business days once shipped.
EXPRESS: Upgrade to express shipping on any order in Canada. Cost dependent on weight and size of order.
International Shipping
Many of our candles are hand poured specifically for you. :) Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.
USA: $12 USD flat rate shipping on orders under $110 USD to contiguous USA. Free shipping on all orders $110+ (before tax)!
INTERNATIONAL: Please send me an email sandler@wildflora.love to request shipping outside of the USA or Canada.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Many of our candles are hand poured specifically for you. :) Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.
Free pick up at our Salt Spring Island farm stand located on Suffolk Road. You will receive an email when it is ready for pick up.
Please email me sandler@wildflora.love if you are interested in local delivery on Salt Spring - $5 - $10 fee may apply, depending on location.
Returns & Refunds
Beeswax Candle Returns
We have a 14 day return policy on all candles, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to email us to request a return. You are responsible for the full return shipping cost to our Salt Spring Island location.

Botanical Oil Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all botanical oils are non-refundable - they are final sale.

Lost or Stolen Package
If your order does not arrive & tracking says it has been delivered, please let me know! I am happy to place a claim on your behalf. :)
Wild Flora is not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, if a package is stolen, or if they could not deliver.
